Linking your Steam account to your FrostWeb account is permanent. There is no unlink button, and you cannot move a Steam account from one FrostWeb account to another yourself.
Check that you are signed in to the right FrostWeb account before you link.
I linked the wrong account
Open a ticket in the Steam or Epic link category. Only a support ticket can attempt to fix a wrong link, and it is not always possible. We can only undo a link when:
- you prove you own both accounts, including signing in with that Steam account, and
- no Steam keys or entitlements were claimed through the link.
Even when a link is removed, the Steam account stays reserved and cannot simply be linked to a new FrostWeb account. Lifting that reservation is a separate decision.
Changing a link cannot be reversed, so our team needs an extra approval before doing it.
