To delete your FrostWeb account, sign in and open a ticket in the Privacy and account deletion category, then choose Delete my account. Use the same category to ask for a copy of your data.
Deleting an account cannot be undone. The account is anonymised: your personal details are removed and the account can no longer be used.
Because deletion is permanent, our team needs an extra approval before doing it, and the account's email address is told when it happens.
